HELP!!

We have had so many problems with this show we are not sure it will be worth all the trouble! We are flying in from CT for the soundcheck for the Dec 5th show in Vegas. We had to try several times before we could get the t-shirt. Now we are trying to find out about the tickets. We have contacted ticketmaster, fanfare, and the box office. No one knows anything. We were told to pick up the tickets at will-call 90 minutes before the show starts. If we do that, we had the extra money for nothing! The sound check will be over! Does anyone know anything about this or can anyone help me? We are/were huge fans......but our excitement is dwendling! I would love to hear I just misunderstood something.....
